STEP 1: STARRY-EYED BAKED EYE SHADOW TRIO
For Eyes: Using Shining Star Baked Eye Shadow Trio, apply the lightest color eye shadow from lash line to brow. Blend the medium shade onto the eye lid and in the crease. Then, use the darkest shade in the outer corner and crease.

STEP 2: FRONT OF THE LINE WATERPROOF EYELINER
For Eyes: Using Black Waterproof Eyeliner, gently pull outer corner of lid to create a smooth surface. Hold applicator at a slight angle and apply close to the base of lashes. Use a light touch for a fine line; use a firmer touch for a bolder, more dramatic line.

STEP 3: PUBLICITY STUNT LASHES 3-DAY LONG-WEARING MASCARA
For Eyes: Using Black 3-Day Long-Wearing Mascara, start with clean, dry lashes. Twist off mascara base and apply with custom brush to lash. Wiggle brush starting at the base back and forth up to the tips of your lash. For best results use 2 coats. Comb lashes while they are still wet. To use the attached lash comb, make sure the top of the mascara wand is securely fastened then pull the clear cap off.

STEP 4: PERFECTLY LIT OIL-FREE LUMINIZING POWDER
For Face: Using Spotlight Oil-Free Luminizing Powder, apply after LORAC makeup for a beautiful natural red carpet glow. Apply powder with the included sponge, blending evenly over your face.

STEP 5: TAKE A BROW BROW KIT
For Brows: Using Brunette Brow Kit, apply the powder shades with the mini angle brush individually or blend together for the perfect custom brow color. With the mini angle brush, softly define and blend Brow Powder shade(s) following the shape of your natural brow. Apply Clear Brow Wax with mini angle brush to seal brow color and hold hairs in place.

STEP 6: CO-STARS 8 HOUR LONG-WEARING LIP COLOR/ULTRA GLOSSY TOP COAT
For Lips: Using Steamy Kiss, start with clean, dry lips. Apply a thin, even coat of Steamy Kiss Lip Color onto lips, wait until completely dry (one minute) then brush on Ultra Glossy Top Coat for shiny, full lips that last up to 8 hours!
