How does eMedAlert work?
MSC's eMedAlert program is intended to alert our customers to critical and timely information regarding product
warnings, updates, and recalls. The information in eMedAlert bulletins and notices may be provided by manufacturers, the
U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission, or the Food and Drug Administration. eMedAlert is the first notification program
of its kind, designed to inform and protect MSC customers.

Your eMedAlert
Your eMedAlert is a personalized version of our comprehensive list of drug and product recalls/warnings. If there is a
recall or warning pertaining to any of the products you have purchased at MSC, we will include these items on
your eMedAlert list. If none of the products you have purchased has an eMedAlert, your list will be empty. You must
sign in with your e-mail address and password to view your eMedAlert list.

This program benefits our customers in several important ways:- Rapid, targeted, proactive response. MSC rapidly communicates vital, complete, accurate and up-to-date drug and product recall/warning information to customers in a private and secure manner.
- Multi-faceted approach. The eMedAlert program combines public notifications on our Sites with targeted e-mail sent to customers who have purchased the drug or product in question.
- More complete information for better health care decisions. The eMedAlert program is a useful source of drug and product recall/warning information for customers, their families, and health care providers.
The eMedAlert program is a service provided free of charge to all MSC customers. Please note that the list above is not a comprehensive list of product recalls, and only covers products purchased at MSC. Notices are posted for a reasonable period of time and then taken down.
